This policy applies to all users who download, install and use the application. Litol sets clear age access restrictions for all services. All core functions of the app are only open to adult users aged 18 and above. We do not provide any service for minors, and we will not actively collect, store or retain any personal information or user content generated by minors. If you have not reached the age of 18, please stop using this application immediately.

2. Data Processing Content and Scope

We strictly abide by the data minimization principle. Litol only processes data necessary to realize the core photo watermark function, and never collects any irrelevant private information without user authorization. All data operations are independently triggered and controlled by users.

User Uploaded Image Content: Users can voluntarily upload local photos and add custom text watermarks through the app. All uploaded images are only used for real-time local watermark editing and image processing. The platform will not save, upload, analyze or reuse user’s original photos and edited watermarked images for any other purposes.

Basic Anonymous Device Data: To ensure stable operation of the application, optimize image processing fluency and fix occasional running errors, we will collect anonymous and non-identifiable basic device information, including device model and system running logs. Such data cannot locate individual user identities and will not be associated with user photo content.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

All user data processed by Litol is only used to provide and optimize core watermark production services. The main usage scenarios include supporting local photo uploading, realizing text watermark overlay and image editing functions, optimizing application running stability, and replying to user consultation and feedback through the official contact email. We will never use user images and related data for commercial marketing, advertising push, data sharing or any other non-service behaviors.

4. Local Processing and User Rights

All photo watermark editing and image processing procedures of Litol are completed locally on the user’s device. The application does not have automatic cloud uploading, remote synchronization or background backup functions. All original images and edited pictures are completely controlled by users independently. Users can save, delete and manage processed photos at will, and have full ownership and management rights of all creation content.

Users have the right to stop using the application at any time to terminate all data processing services. You can clear application cache and resident data manually according to your own needs to ensure complete control of personal content.

5. No Third-Party Data Sharing

Litol adheres to a zero-sharing principle for user private data. We will never sell, trade, lease or share users’ uploaded photos, edited images and operation data with any third-party individuals, companies or institutions. The application does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools or statistical plug-ins. All core watermark functions run independently in a local closed environment without any third-party intervention.

6. Privacy Protection Measures

The platform adopts standardized security protection mechanisms to protect user data security. During all image processing processes, we will not extract any sensitive information, biometric data or private features from user photos. All data processing operations are transparent, compliant and safe, without hidden collection or unauthorized use of user data.

7. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy according to product iteration, service optimization and legal requirement changes. The latest update date will be displayed at the top of the policy. Your continued use of the application after the policy revision takes effect will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.

8. Legal Settlement
